Terms and Conditions of Free ADSL Promotions

The competition is open to UK residents only.

The prize is a free 512K ADSL connection for the duration specified, with free installation and a free modem.

The winning customers will be responsible for the cost of running (and / or installing) a BT line capable of receiving the ADSL product and BT's associated phone line charges.

ADSL for Life means the life of the ADSL product not the life of the winning customer. Should ADSL cease to be offered by BT or BT replace the ADSL product range then this will be deemed the end of the "For Life offer".

Minimum qualification for entry to the "free 12 months ADSL" draw is to spend one hour per month online via 0845.uk.com's internet connection.

Minimum qualification for entry to the "Free ADSL for Life" is cumulatively using 0845.uk.com's internet connection service for twelve hours service by the 23rd of December 2004.

Minimum qualification times and the associated customers will be taken from our authentication servers and online time logs and from no other source.

No employee or relation of 0845.uk.com is eligible for entry to either draw.

The monthly draws will be made on the last working day of each month under the attendance of an independent adjudicator and decisions are final. The first draw will be made on the 31st August 2004, the draw for 'ADSL for life' will be made on the 24th December 2004. There will be no cash alternative.

If the winning customer(s) are unable to receive ADSL at their home address we will allow the installation to take place at another address, with the permission of the homeowner or landlord. Alternatively, if a local exchange is due to be ADSL enabled we will allow the offer to be taken up within 12 months of the prize being awarded, and the 12 month free period will commence from the date of installation.

Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of being awarded.
